You’ll Need
- Your TriUnity Email
- Your Email Password, provided in the initial account creation email that was sent to you
- For IPhone: The Configuration File, attatched in the initial account creation email that was sent to you or at https://iosmail.triunity.us/

Webmail
Should you not wish to set up an email client, the email web portal can be accesed below:
https://mail.triunity.us
The login is your full email and email password.
Visit https://iosmail.triunity.us/
Enter your full name, and email address name
Press the “download” Button
Then, open the home page of your settings app. Near the top, tap the line that says “Profile Downloaded”
Tap “Install” at the top right
Enter your IPhone’s passcode
Disregard any warning about unsigned certificate, the configuration is still secure
Tap “Install” again, this time at the bottom
Enter your email password, then press “Next”
Press “Done” in the top right
Congrats!
To remove:
Open your settings app
Navigate to General>VPN & Device Management
Select the profile with your email near the bottom
Select “Remove Profile”
Enter your IPhone’s passcode
Tap “Remove”
Outlook is great, and can pull all the info it needs automatically.
Click File>Add Account
Enter your new email, and click “Connect”
Enter the password for your email, and click “Connect”
To Remove:
Go to File>Account Settings>Account Settings
Select your account, and click remove
To set up with most clients, you can do a manual IMAP Setup. To find out how, find instructions for your client, and enter the info below:
General
Name: Your Name (Appears in emails)
Email: Your new TriUnity email, including …@triunity.us
Password: Your email account password
Description: Anything you’d like, will be the title of the inbox
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)
Host Name/Server: mail.triunity.us
User Name: Your new TriUnity email, including …@triunity.us
Password: Your email account password
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Host Name/Server: mail.triunity.us
User Name: Your new TriUnity email, including …@triunity.us
Password: Your email account password
